Hi! I'm Nadia, founder of The Healing Factory and creator of Energetic Recalibration. I am the proud author of Goodbye Heartache, Hello Growth and Color Me Growing, and I'm working on much more!
My work brings together energy practices, sound, intentional reflection, intuition, and human connection—but I don't believe every person needs the same experience.
That's why I begin with you.
When you enter The Healing Factory, you're invited into a space to slow down, reconnect, and listen to what may have been drowned out by the noise of everyday life.
Through energy work, sound, guided reflection, intentional ritual, and intuitive practices, each experience is shaped to meet you where you are—honoring both the human experience and the energetic body.
My own journey has taught me something I carry deeply into this work:
Life happens for us, not to us.
Even the experiences that challenge us can become opportunities to understand ourselves differently, reconnect with our inner wisdom, and grow.
