Your group begins together with grounding, breathwork and intention setting before settling into a crystal sound experience.
Then, each participant receives their own 15-minute private personalized healing experience with Nadia.
While individual sessions take place, the rest of the group remains in a peaceful environment for rest, reflection, journaling or quiet integration.
We come back together at the end for a final sound experience and closing intention.
