Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.

Payments are non-refundable.

Need to reschedule? Please provide at least 24 hours notice and your payment may be transferred one time to another appointment.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, as well as missed appointments, forfeit payment.

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Please arrive a few minutes early.

The Healing Factory provides complementary wellness and spiritual experiences intended to support relaxation, reflection and personal exploration. 

Services are not medical or mental-health treatment and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. 

Please seek appropriate licensed medical, mental-health or veterinary care when needed.
